Managing Contract Types

Adding A Contract Type

You’re on the Manage Finance page.

You’re in the Contract Types tab.

  1. Click the Add button in the toolbar.

    1. The editor will open.

  2. Fill out all relevant fields.

  3. Click the Save button in the editor.

The contract type has been created.

Required Fields

The Save button will become active once all required fields have been filled out. Required fields are marked with a * and will turn red when not filled out.


Editing A Contract Type

You’re on the Manage Finance page.

You’re in the Contract Types tab.

The contract type has already been created.

  1. Select the contract type you want to edit.

    1. The editor will open.

  2. Make your edits.

  3. Click the Save button in the editor.

The contract type has been edited.


Deleting A Contract Type

You’re on the Manage Finance page.

You’re in the Contract Types tab.

The contract type has already been created.

  1. Select the contract type you want to delete.

    1. The editor will open.

  2. Click the Delete button in the editor.

    1. A pop-up will open.

  3. Click the Confirm button in the pop-up.

The contract type has been deleted.
