Changing Your Password
You’re logged in to the Axscend portal.
You know your current password.
Click on the User Name.
The user menu will open.
Click Edit User in the drop-down.
A pop-up will open.
Click on the Security tab.
the Security tab will open.
Enter your old password.
Enter your new password.
Re-type the new password.
Click the Save button once the new password is strong enough.
Your password has been changed.
Password Security
Look for the red warnings under the Password field. They inform you that your password:
is either not long enough,
not secure enough
or does not match the confirmation field.

Change Another User’s Password
Go to the Manage Users page to see how to get here.
You have access to the Manage Users page.
Click Admin in the navigation bar.
A drop-down will open.
Click Manage Users in the drop-down.
The Manage User page will open.
Select the user you want to change the password of in the user list.
The editor will open.
Type in the new password in the password field.
Re-type the new password in the field below.
Once the passwords match, you’ll be able to change the user’s password.
Click Send this user a password reset email?
A pop-up will open.
Click Reset Password.
The user’s password has been changed and they will receive an email informing them that their password has been changed.
