Company Transfer
With a company transfer, assets from your fleet can be assigned to another company.
These requests can only be submitted by authorised persons in your company.
You will need to have a mapping set up between the company you belong to, and the companies you are allowed to transfer assets to. If your To Company dropdown is empty please Contact Axscend Support.
You can save the request to edit later, but until you submit the request no action will be taken.
You’re on the Fleet Desk page.
Click Add.
A pop-up window will open.
Select Asset Transfer.
Click Add.
The editor will open.
Enter the Asset Name.
Once you’ve typed in 3 letters suggested asset names come up.
Select the asset you want to transfer to a different company.
Select the New Company.
New fields will appear.
Enter the Site.
Select a User from the new company.
Click Submit.
Click Confirm.
The request has been submitted and will be forwarded to the selected user from the new company.
If you have Super Manager permissions for the portal, the request will remain visible on the Fleet Management page and you will be able to see the updates and progress of the transfer request.
