Creating An Unscheduled Record

You’re on the Maintenance Grid.

  1. Select the asset you want to create a schedule for from the asset list.

  2. Select the week you want in the Maintenance Grid Section.

  3. Click on the week (cell).

    1. A pop-up window will open.

  4. Click CREATE AN UNSCHEDULED RECORD.

    1. A pop-up window titled NEW RECORD will open.

  5. Select the Schedule Type from the drop-down.

    1. The fields may change according to the selected Schedule Type.

  6. Fill out all relevant fields.

  7. Click Save.

The unscheduled record has been created and the Maintenance Grid will be updated.
