Resetting Your Password
You’re on the Portal login page.
You have an active account.
Click Forgotten Your Password.
Enter your e-mail address.
Click Send Password Reset Link.
Click the link in the e-mail.
Enter your e-mail address.
Enter your new password.
Click RESET PASSWORD.
Your password has been reset.

You’ll receive an e-mail to reset your password. If you don’t receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, please contact the Axscend support. The e-mail should look as the one below:

Resetting Another User’s Password
You have access to the Manage Users page.
Click Admin in the navigation bar.
A drop-down will open.
Click Manage Users in the drop-down.
The Manage Users page will open.
Select the user whos password you want to reset in the user list.
Click Send this user a password reset email?
Click Reset Password.
The user will receive an e-mail to reset their password.

The user will receive an e-mail to reset their password. If they don’t receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, please contact the Axscend support. The e-mail should look as the one below:
