Resetting Passwords

Resetting Your Password

You’re on the Portal login page.

You have an active account.

  1. Click Forgotten Your Password.

  2. Enter your e-mail address.

  3. Click Send Password Reset Link.

  4. Click the link in the e-mail.

  5. Enter your e-mail address.

  6. Enter your new password.

  7. Click RESET PASSWORD.

Your password has been reset.

E-mail

You’ll receive an e-mail to reset your password. If you don’t receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, please contact the Axscend support. The e-mail should look as the one below:

Resetting Another User’s Password

You have access to the Manage Users page.

  1. Click Admin in the navigation bar.

    1. A drop-down will open.

  2. Click Manage Users in the drop-down.

    1. The Manage Users page will open.

  3. Select the user whos password you want to reset in the user list.

  4. Click Send this user a password reset email?

  5. Click Reset Password.

The user will receive an e-mail to reset their password.

E-mail

The user will receive an e-mail to reset their password. If they don’t receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, please contact the Axscend support. The e-mail should look as the one below:
