Views

Views determine which table columns are either shown on the Fleet Grid or the Maintenance Grid.

🧭 Getting to Views

You’re either on the Fleet Grid or the Maintenance Grid.

  1. Click the Bookmark icon đź”– in the left corner of either the Fleet Grid or the Maintenance Grid.

    1. The bookmark menu will open in the left side bar.

  2. Click on the Views tab.

The Views sidebar will open.

Axscend Standard Views

Standard Fleet View

The standard fleet view is the default view on the fleet grid for most new users. The following table columns are shown when this view is active:

  • Asset Name

  • Asset type

  • Company

  • Group

  • Location

  • Last Movement

  • Parked Days

  • Mileage (odometer)

  • Status (On Road/VOR)

  • Maintenance Statuses:

    • EBS Status

    • BP Value

    • TPMS Status

    • Lighting Status

    • Maintenance Status

    • Load status

    • Load change

    • Notes

Maintenance View

The maintenance view is the default view on the maintenance grid for most new users. The following table columns are shown when this view is active:

  • Asset Name

  • Group

  • Status (On Road/VOR)

  • Days Until Last:

    • MOT

    • Inspection

    • Tyre Inspection

    • Tacho Inspection

    • LOLER Inspection

    • Brake Inspection

    • Weight Inspection

    • RFL Inspection

    • Notes

  • Maintenance Calendar
