You should log into the Axscend Portal using your organisation’s email address with either the password allocated to you or the password you have chosen.
To limit the number of inactive users on the system we deactivate any accounts which have had no activity for 3 months. If you have been disabled you will see a similar message when trying to sign into the Axscend portal.
In this instance, contact your line manager who should be able to re-activate your account.
"I've recieved an email to say I have a new portal login, but it wasn't me?"
You will receive an email upon logging into your Portal account.
If you receive one of these emails and have not recently logged in, please contact Axscend support, who can log you out of all devices.
It is then important that you change your password.
If you notice that an asset is going into Vehicle Off Road (VOR) status without manual intervention, it is possible that the 'Auto VOR' option was enabled when scheduling maintenance for that asset. This feature automatically sets the asset to Off-Road status a certain number of days before or after the maintenance event.
"How do I set an Asset to On-Road/VOR?'
You can change the VOR/On-Road status of an Asset via the Maintenance Grid, by clicking the status in the status column.
Or on an Asset View by clicking the Road status icon.
"How can I save my filter/sort settings to my Fleet/Maintenance grid"
You can save a specific combination of filter and sort options in a Bookmark, which will capture the selections applied to the Fleet Grid and allow you to reapply them more easily in the future.
"How do I exclude or include columns from my Fleet/Maintenance Grid?"
To exclude or include columns in your Fleet or Maintenance Grid, you can customise your View. Get to the View menu by clicking on the Bookmark icon in the corner of your Fleet/Maintenance Grid.
