POI Minimum Vehicle Alerts
This guide will help you set up notifications when the number of assets of a specific type falls below the configured threshold.

📘 Configuring a POI to monitor vehicle levels
Choose a POI from the sidebar
Click the Edit button on a POI
Choose the ALERTS tab to configure alerts by type.
Choose the alerts tab to configure settings for the chosen POI.
Enter the minimum number of assets that should be present at the POI at any given time, then press save.
To disable alerts, remove any previously saved values from the input field.
Enter the minimum number of assets required at each POI by type. In this example, an alert will be sent when the number of trailers on site is below 10.
Enter the email address of the users to send an alert when assets fall below the configured values entered above. Press the ADD ME button to register yourself for an alert.

You can also download reports in either PDF or CSV:
Go to the Generic Reports section of the portal
Create a new report of type ‘Asset POI Pool-Size Report’
