Creating A Bookmark

Once you have a configuration of filters and sorting options on your Fleet or Maintenance Grid, you can save them in a bookmark.

Go to the Bookmarks page to see how to get here.

You’re either on the Fleet Grid or Maintenance Grid.

The preferred filters and sorting options are active.

  1. Click the Bookmark icon in the left corner.

    1. The bookmark menu will open in the left side bar.

    2. Make sure you’re on the Bookmarks tab.

  2. Click the Add button.

    1. A pop-up will open.

  3. Name the bookmark.

  4. Select either Personal or Company-wide to determine who can see the bookmark.

  5. Click the Save button in the pop-up.

The bookmark has been created.
