Manage Assets

Access

Depending on your user permissions you might not have access to the Manage Assets page.

You may not have all tabs along the top of Manage Assets depending on the permissions given to your user.

The Manage Assets page allows you to view, edit and add assets in your fleet.

🧭 Getting to Manage Assets


  1. Click Admin in the navigation bar.

    1. The admin menu will open.

  2. Click Manage Assets in the drop down.

The Manage Assets page will open.

Assets

You can add and edit assets on the Asset tab.

You can add a new asset by clicking this button.

Ópening The Asset Dashboard

You have to select an asset from the fleet list first to activate this button. Once the button is active you can open the Asset dashboard of this specific asset.

Cloning An Asset

You can clone the configurations of an asset by clicking this button.

Tab Bar

Use the tab bar to change between the different tabs of the editor.

Save

You can save the asset by clicking this button.

Undo

You can undo changes by clicking this button.

Editor

You can create, edit and decommission assets here.

Fleet List

Every asset of your fleet is listed here.

Decommissioned Filter

You can include decommissioned assets in the Fleet List by clicking this button.
