  3. Click on the Maintenance Block.

    1. The editor will open.

  4. Click Inspection Date.

    1. The calendar will open.

  5. Select the date of the Maintenance Event.

  6. Fill out the required fields regarding the delay.

The Maintenance Event has been marked as β€˜Completed’. The Maintenance block will turn green with a red corner cut to indicate that the event was completed late.

If the late event is scheduled, you will be asked if you want to change all future events in line with the late inspection date.

  • This And All Future Events: will change the scheduled date of this event, and all future events.

  • Only This Event: will change the scheduled date of this event

  • Just Mark It Complete: will not change the schedule, and will mark the event complete but late.

  • Cancel: will not save any changes.

Preserving the original schedule

We recommend you preserve the original schedule by selecting Just Mark It Complete.
