You’re on the Manage TSM page.
Click on the Templates tab.
Use the chevron buttons to see all tabs.
The Templates tab will open.
📚 Templates Information
A template needs to be created BEFORE an action.
Templates are used to define what information should be shared and the format of the information. Templates are one part of the TSM that can be combined with an action, rule and link.
